About Marco

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s this: I’m obsessed with the mechanics of marketing.

My passion began at age eight (according to my mom). I used to watch television for the commercials, completely ignoring the cartoons. By 15, I read my first marketing book and was hooked.

University was like training for the Marines: marketing, eat, sleep, repeat. But my real edge came from working in sales while studying. That era shaped me into a marketer who is relentless about results; it taught me that marketing’s true job is “generating demand” and achieving tangible goals.

After moving from Europe to Oceania, I began working in marketing agencies serving clients across Australia, the US, and New Zealand. I helped B2B companies grow revenue by turning insights into systematic growth and execution plans. But as I gained experience, I noticed a recurring pattern in the industry: B2B marketing was often implemented as a series of disconnected tactics launched without a roadmap.

I became convinced that effective B2B marketing isn’t a collection of activities, but a structured framework implemented systematically and with precision.

That belief is why I founded Selegance Marketing Services.

Today? I still start every workday with 30 minutes of deep-dive marketing education (true story!). I am fortunate to lead a specialised B2B marketing consultancy with one mission: to give clients the roadmap and systematic execution they need to turn marketing into a transparent growth asset they can ultimately own and scale.
